All our staff members are licensed by the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) And well trained by our training Academy.
In-home skilled medical services and the frequency of services are typically prescribed by your physician and can be authorized through your health insurance provider or through self-pay. We are happy to assist in this process. If your insurance provider does not cover the services, we can provide a self-pay quote.

Yes, our licensed Nurses are qualified in and outside the country and are able to escort patients to treatment facilities outside of the UAE. We can also provide clinical care at home for patients returning to the UAE after treatment as and when required.
Yes we do. You can contact the office directly, ask for the patient affairs coordinator or the nurse manager and report your complain. We will conduct a proper investigation and will revert with qualified feedback as soon as possible.

The nurse can accompany your relative to the hospital for follow up appointments as well as emergencies but is not allowed to perform any duties in a hospital as this could potentially cause conflict with the hospital policy.
